The operating principle
My perspective is grounded in a decade of multi-site retail and convenience operations, followed by enterprise-level ownership across technology operations.
I have managed the stores that depend on technology, led the teams that support it, contained the incidents that threaten it, and owned the decisions and delivery required to improve it. That range makes it easier to spot solutions that look impressive in a presentation but fail under actual operating pressure.

Financial accountability
Held P&L accountability for a $2.5M to $3.5M operating portfolio, led blended teams of 11 to 15, and identified more than $16K in recurring monthly licensing and billing recovery.
Infrastructure & continuity
Led cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and business-continuity programs from architecture and vendor selection through implementation, cutover, and operational handoff.
Cybersecurity & risk
Directed incident response, identity protection, vulnerability management, recovery, and practical compliance across healthcare, legal, manufacturing, hospitality, restaurant, and other multi-site operations.
