The operating principle

Strategy is only useful if it survives contact with operations.

My perspective is grounded in a decade of multi-site retail and convenience operations, followed by enterprise-level ownership across technology operations.

I have managed the stores that depend on technology, led the teams that support it, contained the incidents that threaten it, and owned the decisions and delivery required to improve it. That range makes it easier to spot solutions that look impressive in a presentation but fail under actual operating pressure.

Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer since April 2026 after serving as Vice President from April 2022 to April 2026.
